	Hello again, minna-chan.  I hadn't intended to finish this part till next 
week, but I do more writing in one week than I thought I did - school's out 
and it's raining. Bad weather for doing much anything except reading or 
writing. At least in my opinion. But don't get used to it :) I have no doubt it 
will take me ages to finish this.
Disclaimer:I don't own Sailor Moon. Naoko somebody does. If you actually 
think I own Sailor Moon, you are very wrong. 
	
					Blind Date
				       Part 2: Phase One
~Andrew~
"Hey, Dare, I gotta ask you a favor." This has to work. Rita and I spent all 
night coming up with this plan. It's fool-proof. Or at least I hope it is. 
"Shoot." says Darien, looking up from the magazine he's reading.
"It's Rita and I's anniversary next weekend, and we've been planning it for 
months. However, Rita forgot that she'd made plans to do something with 
a friend of her's before she made plans with me. She feels awful about 
blowing her friend off, and I know she'll be depressed all night because of 
it."
"So...where exactly do I come in?"
"Rita and I were hoping if you would double with Rita's friend."
"No way. Uh-uh. Not gonna happen." said Darien shakes his head 
vehemently, turning a page in the magazine so hard he almost rips it.
"Come on Dare. I know you hate blind dates, but I really need this favor. If 
you don't help out I don't know who will, and Rita will be distracted all 
night. She won't have any fun at all. You know how kind hearted she is!"

~ Darien~

	Andrew's eyes are pleading. He really needs this favor. I do owe him 
one, but I hate blind dates. He knows that I do. But he and Rita have 
been really looking forward to their anniversary. I know that. I'd hate it if 
Andrew's night with Rita was ruined because I refused to go on a blind 
date. I take a deep breath. 
"I'm probably going to really regret this, but okay. I know how much this 
anniversary thing means to you and Rita."
Andrew grins. "Thanks Dare, this means a lot to me! You're the best."
"Yeah, I know. But you owe me one now!!"
"Sure thing. I've gotta call Rita. She'll be so happy!"

~Rita~

	"Okay, so Darien's in. Now we've gotta get Serena." I say, a devious 
glint in my eye.
"You're really enjoying this, aren't you Rita?" says Andrew, laughing just 
barely. 
"Oh!! Here comes Serena. Quick, act sad." Andrew pushes me down into a 
seat and pats my arm, as though consoling me. Serena walks in the door 
of the Arcade.
"Hey Andrew! Rita, how nice to see yo- what's wrong?" Serena's eyes cloud 
over.
"Oh, it's nothing...but...oh..." I am really getting into this acting thing. I think 
tears are coming to my eyes!!
"Rita and I have our ten month anniversary this weekend." says Andrew.
"Oh! Congratulations - that's no reason to look sad."
"I know...you see... we can't go out now!!" This is more fun than I thought. 
Yup, here come the tears.
"Why not? Oh, poor Rita, don't cry."
"You see..." says Andrew, putting his arm around me, "It's all my fault. I told 
a friend of mine I'd do something with him the same day. It had 
completely slipped my mind when I made the date with Rita. Now I have 
a problem. I can't blow off my friend, I promised I'd hang out with him. So I 
have to call off my date with Rita."
"Oh! Isn't there anything you can do??" asks Serena, almost as upset as I 
am. 
"No... (sob) not unless...(sob) we can find someone to be his date and 
double with us. (sob) but that will never (sob) happen. Our ten month 
anniversary is (sob) ruined!!" Man I'm good. 
"Oh!! Well..." Serena isn't quite sure what to do. I pray on this moment of 
indecision. Hey, a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do to help friends get 
together. 
"Oh! Serena! Could you go with Andrew's friend? It would mean so much 
to me!! You couldn't imagine!! Oh...but you probably already have 
something to do. I mean, you must be booked solid. No time to help out a 
friend." I'm really piling it on thick.
"Of COURSE I have time to help you!! What a silly thing to say. What's this 
guy's name?"
"Da-" What is Andrew thinking? I elbow him in the ribs. 
"Derrick. Derrick is his name. Right honey??" I try to get the message across 
to Andrew. Apparently it works.
"Yeah, Derrick. Serena, it would be so great if you could help us out like this. 
I'd be forever in your debt."
"No problem, Andrew. But he better be cute!!" Serena threatens.
"Oh, he is!!!" I insist, smiling.
"Great! See ya later, guys!!" Serena skips out the door.I turn to Andrew and 
give him a kiss.
"Phase One accomplished. Meatball head and Rose Boy have 
accepted!!" I say, grinning.
"Somebody's just a bit worked up about this." says Andrew, grinning.
"Hey, it's fun!! I feel 14 again!!"
"Instead of an ancient 18, right?" (AN: I don't know how old Rita and 
Andrew are. I'm just making it up.)
"Right. Now, on to Phase Two. Better call Lita. Gosh, this is fun!!" 

	Okay, that's it. This is pretty fun. Serena and Darien on a blind date. 
Will they walk away the minute they figure out who they're with? What is 
Phase Two? Will Serena wear a different hairstyle?All these questions and 
more may or may not be answered in Part Three. Sorry. I'll answer 
some questions. Well, see ya minna-chan. E-MAIL ME!!!!!!! Please?
